 Bruce
an Joy Rothschild have operated their
family-owned business since 1993. Customer service before,
during, and long after a spa purchase has been a cornerstone
of their business. "Our customers come in to visit us for
months, or even years, after a spa purchase to tell us how much
they continue to use and enjoy their spas. Says Bruce. Joy adds,
"A lot of our customers have given us wonderful feedback
about, not only the great health benefits but also the improved
quality of time with family."
Hot
Spring Spas of Central Florida has received many
industry recognition awards in their
ten years
of business in Central Florida. Most Prestigious among them,
Hot Spring Spas of Brevard was recently recognized as an "Aqua
100 Dealer" for their fourth year in a row. Being named
to the Aqua 100 is one of the highest honors that a pool and
spa business can receive. They are again, the only pool and
spa dealer to receive this honor in the state of Florida.
Amber
Patton - Senior Sales Associate
Amber has lived in Brevard County for over 28
years. Granddaughter of Jerome P. Keuper - Founder and President
of F.I.T (Florida Institute of Technology) now known as Florida
Tech. Amber has worked in retail sales and management for 11
years. 6 years in the pool and spa industry. She has been with
our company for almost 4 years. Amber has SOLD over 650 HOT
SPRING SPAS! since working with Your Backyard Superstore, Inc.
During that time Amber has earned 4 Century Club Awards consecutively
over the last 3 ½ years with our company. Century Club
Awards are an achievement award to give recognition for exemplary
sales accomplishments.
In 2004,
Amber graduated from Watkins Manufacturing Advanced Sales Masters
course, and as a result of her performance was then invited
back as a TOP GUN Graduate in 2005. TOP GUN is an elite sales
program dedicated to the top 30 professionals worldwide each
year. After graduating from the TOP GUN program, Amber has now
been invited back for "THE NEXT LEVEL"… a sales recognition
program designed for Top Gun graduates only. Amber's hobbies
include professional wildlife photography.

Bruce
Rothschild started in the spa industry in 1984,
working for his cousin's Jeff Claypool and Craig Inouye
at Lifestyle Spas in Northridge, California. His duties included
the delivery and setup of portable spas (hot Spring Spas, Jacuzzi
Spas and Cal Spas) and the installation of in-ground spas and
wooden hot tubs. Bruce soon graduated to inside sales, and within
a few months was promoted to sales manager. He spent over seven
years with Lifestyle Spas until he went to work for Softub Inc.
Bruce
became the international sales trainer for Softub Inc. and after
starting from scratch designed
and
implemented a 3 day training seminar for all new and existing
Softub dealers worldwide. He successfully trained over 2000
dealers and their staff from around the world. Bruce started
a traveling road show for the dealer network and he traveled
over 39 states and 6 countries, meeting with owners and their
sales staff and training them.. Bruce also helped with the design
and location of their showrooms and show booths.
In 1993, Bruce and Dean Kleinrath (former service manger and
part owner of Lifestyle Spas) opened up a
Hot Spring Spas of Melbourne, Florida in October of that
year. This 6,000 sq. ft. showroom and warehouse was on New Haven
Ave. The first year of business saw them double the sales of
the previous owners and earned Bruce and Dean the award "Best
New Dealer" from Watkins Mfg, the maker of Hot Spring Portable
Spas.
Joy
Rothschild soon joined Bruce and Dean to expand their dealership
to include a 1,500 sq. ft.
showroom
in the beautiful Indian River Mall in Vero Beach. Besides raising
their two children, Joy also handles all the day-to-day operations
at both showrooms, and manages the Indian River Mall store.
Dean retired in 1999 and is enjoying a lifestyle that would
make both the Crocodile Hunter and Jeff Corwin jealous!
Joy
and Bruce found a fantastic new location in 2002 and moved in
immediately to a 15,000+ sq. ft. Superstore with over
8,000 sq. ft. of showroom. They are finally able to bring to
the Space Coast an incredible sized showroom to show off the
complete line of portable spas offered by Watkins Mfg. Inc.
They now have on display the entire line of Hot Spring Spas,
Tiger River Spas, Caldera Spas, and Solana and Oasis Spas. Joy
and Bruce are only one of 8 dealers in the world to carry this
complete line of incredible spas.

Green Egg (the finest cooker smoker
in the world), hammocks, spa and pool toys and a complete
line of spa chemicals such as: BaquaSpa, Brilliance (a new line
of Chlorine-Free Bromine) and Leisure Time chemicals. Our combined

Peter
Freund and Doug Sellars are the backbone of this company, they
are two well trained technicians who install and service
the complete line of spas. All work is done in-house with these
two would be MacGyver's. Trained at the Hot Spring Spas factory
(Watkins Mfg) in Vista, California, both Pete and Doug have
an extensive background in computer and aerospace technologies.
Pete came from a dealership in Virginia, where he ran both the
service and deliveries for a successful Hot Spring Spas dealer.
Pete also spent a lot of time in the showroom, showing the consumer
how and why Hot Spring Spas are built so incredibly well. Luckily
Pete came to Florida to follow and marry his high school sweetheart,
Kelly. Together they have raised a beautiful daughter, who is
the apple of their eyes.
Doug
Sellars moved back to Melbourne, from Alabama to be closer to
his family and friends who
he grew up
with. Doug's background in aerospace, and his "I can fix
anything, just give me a few minutes" attitude, made Doug
the perfect candidate to work alongside Peter.
We

the 2003 models along with parts for a 26 year old Classic
model. With a combined 49 years of hot water industry service/repair
